gardenia yellow

Gardenia yellow is a water-soluble yellow pigment extracted  the mature fruit of gardenia. The aqueous solution of gardenia yellow is orange at PH 1-7  bright yellow at PH 8-12. It has poor stability under acidic conditions  is stable under neutral  alkaline conditions. Poor light fastness, fading when coexisting with oxidant. Pure product color price E600.
